Village provides an array of opportunities to socialize and share common interests. Some groups include:

Connecting Threads is a small group that is open to anyone who enjoys sewing, crocheting, or knitting - beginners and experts alike.  Donated fabric and batting is available, as well as an iron and ironing board.  The groups meets on the first and third Mondays of the month at 10 am.

Presbyterian Women exist for the purpose of enabling the women in our Church to grow in their faith.  This is done through Bible study, missions, and supporting one another.  Some of their activities include:

  • Circle is a monthly meeting that provides food, fellowship, and Bible study.  The group meets on the second Monday of the month at 9:30 in room 7.
  • The Et Ceteras group which meet every Monday at 12:30 pm in Room 7 of the Sanctuary, to work on special projects.  Over the past several years they have been focusing on creating small favors to go on the meal trays that are delivered by Meals on Wheels.
  • The Presbyterian Women work closely with Church Women United and their Clothes Closet, which distributes clothes and hygiene bags to people in need.
  • The Presbyterian Women host an annual luncheon and fashion show as a fundraiser to support the various missions they sponsor.

The Village Guys typically meet at Bob Evans (16314 N Dale Mabry Hwy) for lunch at noon on the fourth Wednesday of the month to bring the men of the church together for fellowship, fun, and food.  They also go on field trips from time to time.  Information will be announced in the worship guide.
